These guys specialize in leather, but they do a great job on cloth too. Bought a new car recently and ended up with a minor burn hole in the backseat. They fixed it 100% to where it looks brand new again!

After five months of searching for an upholsterer in Northeast Ohio—following dead ends and disappointing recommendations—I finally reached out to my local car club. Multiple members raved about DuraMend, so I called. The difference was immediate. On customer service alone, they earn six out of five stars. Marie was outstanding—transparent, communicative, down-to-earth, and reasonable. We arranged a time to meet, talk through the project, and take measurements so I could order my material. When I called to schedule the work, they were honest about their timeline, which I appreciated. Quality takes time. When the day came, I dropped off my car with Shaun, the upholsterer, and we talked through the project again, troubleshooting questions together. When I picked it up, I was genuinely blown away. The interior is transformed—livelier, bri

Had a tear in my driver’s seat leather and now it looks brand new (Color difference in photos is due to lighting - color matches perfectly!). So impressed with the quality of the work and at a very fair price. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and updates/communication were top notch. Would definitely recommend!

Gene was an absolute professional. I was nervous to bring my car in to get repaired, but Duramend was amazing and I couldn’t be happier! They have experience with exotic cars and took care of the sticky plastic parts present in my car as well as repairing a few holes in my leather and general discoloration. They were sure to get to know exactly what I wanted done and kept me updated during the process. The prices were reasonable and Gene did an amazing job!

The repair took less than an hour, and the result was flawless. I am highly impressed with their craftsmanship and skills. Thank you, Jerry, for your excellent service. I wish you continued success in your business.
